Location: The apartment is located in the heart of Stare Mesto, just 3 minutes from Prague’s Old Town Square and 5 minutes from the lovely art-deco Municipal House (Obecni Dum). There are two metro stops close by, one near Obecni Dum at Namesti Republiky (yellow Line B) and one near Old Town Square at Starometska (green Line A). There are also tram stations within a 5-minutes walk. Parking is available underground at the Kotva supermarket next to Namesti Republiky and at the Intercontinental Hotel on Parizska Street.

Characteristics: This is a very comfortable and well-situated pied-a-terre on a quiet street just behind Saint Agnes convent. It has the benefit of a central Prague location but also the environment of a quiet local neighborhood. The apartment is fully renovated inside an early 20^th century building with an elevator. From the windows there is a magnificent view of the Prague’s red-tiled roofs and Letna Park in the background.

Rooms and Equipment: The apartment features two large rooms and kitchen and bathroom. The living room has a large sitting area plus dining area and a pull-out sofa that will sleep two people comfortably. It also has a Satellite TV, DVD and CD player/Radio. The master bedroom has a large double bed and wardrobe, and the bathroom is nicely finished with a full-length tub and shower and a washmachine. The kitchen is also completely renovated and fully functional with the following appliances and accessories: Full size refrigerator, Stove, Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Kettle, Coffee maker, Toaster, Cookware, dishes, and silverware.

Services: Telephone with access to local fix lines and high-speed WiFi internet access, TV satellite, possibility of cleaning person.

Rates for 2009: Monthly rent – 17 500 kč/ 680 euros + 4 000 kč/ 155 euros utilities (everything included, heating, water, telephone, TV, WiFi internet, etc.. ). Damage deposit (to be given back at the end of lease) – 1 month rent – 17 500 kč/ 680 euros.
